You can't grow if you don't know, Be intentional about collating 360° feedback to understand where you really are in the Leadership sphere. Use it to map out your leadership growth journey. Couple it with accountability coaching to really accelerate transformation. It can be scary, criticism is hurtful; we're human, they are normal emotions, avoid being defensive and remember there are no perfect leaders. However, great leaders are the ones who are secure enough to be open to feedback and willing to accept and use it for self-improvement.

The 360° Leadership Assessment is designed to provide valuable feedback that can have a positive impact on your leadership development, personal growth, and journey to become a highly effective 360-degree leader. The objective data in this report is related to how others are experiencing your influence in the five levels of leadership including Position, Permission, Production, People Development, and Pinnacle which all measure your overall leadership effectiveness.

 

The process will request feedback from up to 16 contributors of your choice to include line managers or senior managers, peers, reporting staff and other colleagues.

The report will provide you with:

- Category scores  provide a summary of your feedback in the areas of Position,
Permission, Production, People Development, and Pinnacle (Self and Others).
- Written Comments provided by your raters are listed in unedited form.
- Reflection and Analysis offers help as you evaluate your feedback.
- Leadership Attributes Summary at the end of the report lists all items ranked from highest to
lowest based on Overall Average score
